St John’s Chambers is delighted to announce that Abha Pandya has joined our newly renamed Business & Property Team, strengthening Chambers specialist offering in contentious trusts and probate, professional negligence and court of protection.
Abha brings more than 20 years’ experience in civil litigation, having developed a particular specialism in contentious trusts and probate. Prior to joining Chambers, she held senior private practice roles including Head of Private Client and Head of Contentious Trusts and Probate at a Top 100 law firm.
Her practice encompasses a broad range of complex disputes, including contentious probate and trust matters, Inheritance Act claims, professional negligence, property disputes and claims concerning beneficial interests in land under TOLATA. She regularly advises on the merits of claims and defences, drafts complex pleadings and witness evidence, and represents clients at directions hearings, trials and mediations.
