Vivien Croly of our Family & Divorce team will be presenting a talk on practical advice on MPS, LSPO and Schedule 1 applications at the Bristol Resolution Conference on Thursday 8th October at Engineers’ House. Vivien will be joined by other guest speakers, including HHJ Stephanie Cope of the Family Court, Bristol, who will provide a view from the bench.
The conference will touch on a variety of specific topics which will be of relevance to private family law practitioners of all levels practicing financial and children aspects of family law. The course is aimed at providing an update on both legal and practical developments within family law and will provide 5 hours of CPD for solicitors and barristers.
