Leslie Blohm QC acted on behalf of the Appellants in the case Devine and Laverty v Welsh Ministers (Beatson J, 27th. January 2011). The Court was asked to quash a decision of the Welsh Ministers to approve the noting of a public footpath in Llantrisant on the Definitive Map held by the local authority under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
