Marcus Coates-Walker was instructed on behalf of the family at the inquest of George Twiddy who ended his own life after becoming overwhelmed with psychosis and voices in his head. Despite George’s worsening mental health (which resulting in him threatening to hang himself after leaving home and sending an emotional text to say goodbye to his family), mental health services were accused of “failing” him and missing opportunities to help.
