Insolvency Overview

The Insolvency team at St John’s Chambers is regarded as the leading set in the South West, and our experienced barristers advise in all aspects of this specialist area of the law. Barristers act for office-holders, companies, directors and debtors in contentious personal and corporate insolvency including in relation to partnerships and LLPs.

Members also have experience in Company Director Disqualification Act 1986 proceedings.
