Jeremy Phillips is an associate member of St John’s Chambers, and an expert in planning / highways, regulation, licensing and mediation. We congratulate Jeremy on this achievement in being appointed to Queen’s Counsel. The formal silk ceremony will take place on Monday the 26 February 2018 at the Palace of Westminster, London.
