Her work load involves Fact-Finding hearings concerning allegations of domestic violence, sexual abuse and non-accidental injury in both private and public law proceedings. Delia is always in demand to represent clients who are considered vulnerable e.g. learning disabled, represented by the official solicitor. She has an interest in cases that involve the Mental Health Act.
