He frequently represents parents, family members, Guardians, the Official Solicitor and local authority’s in care proceedings at all tiers of Court across the South West, often being led by QCs. He is also instructed in contact, residence, shared residence, internal and external relocation cases and cases involving rule 16.4 Guardians.
